Small Group Personal Training in Cardiff, Built Around Real Life
If work is full-on and life outside of it isn't exactly quiet either, training can easily become the first thing that gets pushed aside.
It's usually not a motivation problem. And it's definitely not a lack of information.
It's finding a way to train consistently without adding another thing to your week that you need to plan and think about.
That's where small group personal training in Cardiff comes in.
At SOS Athletic Excellence, you turn up, your training is planned, a coach is there to coach you, and you get on with the work.
What does small group personal training actually look like?
Small group personal training sits between training alone in a gym, a large group fitness class and traditional one-to-one personal training.
Every session at SOS is programmed and coached.
You're following a structured training plan, but your coach will adjust exercises, loads and progressions based on your ability and goals.
That's the important bit.
It's not a class and it's not a bootcamp. It's personal training delivered in a small group environment.
Sessions run throughout the week, including early mornings, lunchtimes and evenings, so you've got options when work or family life changes.
You also get something that's difficult to replicate training alone: accountability.
The coaches know you. The other members know you. Training starts to become something you just do each week rather than something you're constantly trying to restart.
Who is it for?
A lot of our members are business owners, directors and professionals in their 30s, 40s and 50s.
Many were fit before. They trained regularly, played sport or simply felt in much better shape than they do now.
Then careers progressed, families came along and training gradually slipped down the list.
They're not looking for another gym membership in Cardiff that leaves them to figure everything out themselves.
They want to get stronger, lose body fat, improve their fitness and feel good again.
And they want a plan that works even when life gets hectic.
How do you start?
Most new members begin with our 6-Week Foundations Programme.
It's a structured introduction to SOS that gives you the chance to experience our coaching, start making progress and see whether our approach is right for you before moving into a full membership.
If you're already looking for personal training in Cardiff and SOS sounds like the environment you've been looking for, you can apply directly.
