After seeing SOS across socials, I reached out to them to see if they could help me get out of a fitness rut that I’d been in for some time. I loved their concept of small group PT sessions rather than large classes. As someone who loses motivation on her own at the gym, this was perfect for me. From submitting my enquiry, to an in person consultation and starting was around 3 days (which is great for me as I like to get things done asap). I found the whole experience fantastic. Sam was extremely understanding during my consultation and built a plan tailored to my goals. No crazy diets, just nutritional food and great workouts. I’m one week in… 3KG down on the scales and 7.6% down in body fat. I genuinely feel like a new woman. The nutrition plan is amazing, and I’m now enjoying cooking (which I never did before). The small group sessions are challenging but fun and I leave feeling accomplished.
